I’ve lived on both sides of the financial coin. Growing up with divorced parents, life with my mother meant being radically poor—navigating days without food, utilities, or basic necessities. Life with my father was the exact opposite, surrounded by mansions and million-dollar homes. I saw both worlds clearly, but neither one actually taught me how money worked.    Later in life, after going through two divorces, I found myself starting over from scratch each time. I went from comfortable living to sleeping on an air mattress with absolutely nothing, forcing myself to rebuild my life from the ground up as an adult. I know exactly how terrifying, exhausting, and overwhelming it is to start over—especially when you were never given the blueprint or the education to do so.    Professionally, I spent 11 years learning the inner workings of the financial and securities industry, moving from a local advisory admin to high-level broker-dealer operations. I learned the systems, mastered the jargon, and saw firsthand that money is a powerful tool. But I also realized that if nobody shows you how to use that tool, it’s completely useless.        It dawned on me that the traditional industry wasn't teaching people the fundamentals. That’s why I founded Fundamental Financial Guidance. When people ask me what I do, my answer is simple: I took a decade of back-end industry experience and used it to build a space where people can finally learn all the things they never taught us in school. I’m here to take the mystery out of money, speak your language, and help you build an unbreakable foundation—no matter where you are starting from.
